The TESSA project continues its efforts by enhancing the capacity of training centers in Lebanon, aligning them with the specific needs of the market and promoting sustainable growth. As part of this initiative, the project has prioritized upgrading the equipment and facilities of three selected training centers based on their needs for machinery, instrumentation, teaching equipment, and materials essential to improving their training capabilities.

One of the milestones achieved through this initiative is the procurement and supply of advanced metal sheet processing machinery for the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, and Agriculture of Saida. The equipment includes a CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine, a Hydraulic Shearing Machine, and a Hydraulic Press Brake Machine, along with their related spare parts and consumables. These state-of-the-art machines not only benefit the Chamber itself but also extend their advantages to the network of companies in southern Lebanon. By learning how to operate and maintain these machines, the initiative facilitates the development and improvement of businesses in the region, contributing to sustainable economic growth.

Moreover, equipping the training centers with advanced machinery complements the launch of a permanent job placement system. This system strengthens partnerships between companies and the Chamber, ensuring a closer alignment between the training centers and market demands. Additionally, mechanisms for planning and designing courses based on the skills required by companies have been introduced, creating a dynamic training ecosystem.

This approach ensures that the training centers are not only equipped with the necessary tools but are also aligned with the evolving needs of the labor market, enabling a cycle of growth, development, and sustainability in Lebanon.
