Berytech continues its involvement in the TESSA project through the Green Business Academy, focusing on the second phase of the Embrace Toolkit with the 20 beneficiary SMEs. During this phase, SMEs explored and analyzed global and regional circular strategies, developing their ability to combine and innovate on these strategies to develop customized circular solutions. The SMEs also created a feasible transformation roadmap for their green business initiatives. This stage included four sector-specific sessions, followed by one-on-one clinics with sector experts. These coaching sessions provided tailored support based on the unique needs and requirements of each SME. The final outcome was a comprehensive canvas that encapsulated the two key components of the Embrace Toolkit: problem discovery and solution exploration.
